Can I place a same day order?
Currently, we do not accept same day orders, due to the nature of preparation for each cheese + charcuterie board. But we have a grab n go fridge at Wasserhund Brewing Company stocked with Bistro Bite Boxes. 


Where do I place an order? 

Orders are accepted online only through our website. Catering/Custom orders receive an invoice via email. Wasserhund Brewing Co. does not take orders/payments for The Honey Brie Co. 

Do you deliver outside of Virginia Beach? 

We offer free delivery within Virginia Beach. Then delivery to surrounding cities such as Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth for a small delivery fee. If you have questions about your delivery location, please feel free to send us a message through our contact form. 

How does contactless delivery work?
Delivery is zero-contact for extra safety and peace of mind. Your perishable items will be left on your front porch or designated delivery area. Please make the proper arrangements to be available at your requested delivery time as items are perishable. Please let us know any delivery instructions or time issues as we are open to making it work best for you. Refunds will not be issued for perishable items being left out. 

How does pickup work?

Orders are available for pickup at Wasserhund Brewing Company Tues.- Sun. 12-9pm. 

Items not picked up the day requested will be forfeited and are nonrefundable. 

Where is my confirmation email? 

Soon after your order has been placed you will receive a "Thank you for shopping with us" email attached with your order #, this is your confirmation that your order has been received. 

Can I place my cheese + charcuterie board in the refrigerator overnight?

Though I have some clients who do this with no complaints, it is always best to consume our cheese + charcuterie boards day of to ensure they’re in prime condition and maintain optimal freshness. 


I need to cancel my order, can I get a refund?
Our planning process for each order begins the moment it is received so unfortunately we cannot give full refunds, as perishable food/product by this point has already been purchased. In order to receive a 50% refund, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to 48hrs before the scheduled delivery date. No refunds will be issued to cancellations requested less than 48hrs of the scheduled delivery date.

Can you accommodate allergies?
I am happy to accommodate allergies, however, I cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur as we are not a nut tree, gluten free kitchen. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the box at checkout.  


What if I choose a delivery/pickup date that falls on a Monday/Unavailable date?

Any order with a delivery date that falls on a Monday or unavailable date will be made  on the next available day.

Refunds will not be issued for failing to check our hours/availability at the top of the shop page.
